We don’t burn books, people. We just don’t. I don’t care if you revile the contents between the covers as the writings of the fucking anti-Christ, we don’t fucking burn books. (For the record, this doesn’t even come close. It’s not good, but it’s sure as hell not doing this. Also, it severely limits the ability of the rest of us, to draw twi-hards into conversation and therefore, expose them to other, more meaningful, substantive horror.)

Honestly, you guys. HONESTLY!? I thought we settled this with the picture of the burning Twilight book, but evidently not.
Let’s recap, shall we?
Books burn at 451 Fahrenheit (approx. 232 celsius). Even if it was relatively badly written, you shouldn’t BURN the book. I’m pretty sure some other kid or a charity shop would appreciate it. You don’t see any other badly written books getting burnt to a crisp, do you?
Books shouldn’t be treated like this. For a lot of people, they’re the only things they have to hang onto and quite frankly, it’s disrespectful. How would you like it if you wrote a book you were proud of/happy with, only to find a picture on the internet of someone burning it?
You wouldn’t feel too great, would you?

This ^

Don’t burn books kids. Just don’t.

this makes me cringe.

ENOUGH. I hate the books too, BUT I WOULD NEVER BURN THEM. THIS DOES NOT MAKE YOU COOL.
